 This condo is located inside Sunrise Country Club, which boasts 22 swimming pools, spas, tennis courts, lakes, and an 18 hole golf course.  There is 1320 sq feet of air conditioned living space, with cable TV, WiFi, direct gas hookup BBQ grill, and is handicapped accessible.  This condo is pet-friendly, however, I do provide pet blankets for your use so that your pet may enjoy sitting with you.  This is a no-smoking condo.

Rates range from $1500/week, $3300/month October 1st  through March 31st, and $1000/week, $2400/month April 1st through September 30th.  There is a refundable security deposit of  $500 for stays of 1 month or less, $750 for stays over 1 month,  a refundable pet deposit of $250, and a non-refundable cleaning deposit of $100.  Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Golf and tennis are available through Sunrise Country Club.  Rates for golf only are $270/week or $900/month, per couple.  Rates for tennis only are $60/week or $190/month, per couple.  Rates for both golf and tennis are $300/week or 1000/month, per couple.
